They were so polite, punctual, and did the job extremely well, leaving no mess. At the end of both days, Louis took me through the alarm and the CCTV systems, patiently explaining everything and showing how to operate the apps on my mobile. They reassured me that, in case I ran into any difficulty, I could always contact the office for help and advice. They are a real asset to the company. Dear Gavin, We wanted to email you our most sincere thanks for the recent services we received from Prestige Security. Following our home burglary and the nonchalant attitude from our previous company we asked you to quote and advise. We were so impressed with the sensitive, detailed, unhurried thorough and most importantly “bespoke service” that you offered. You spent two hours of time with us and at the outset stated ” I like to advise as if each property were my own” and you truly did. We were not disappointed with the two workers who were punctual, polite, carried out the work with minimal mess and sensitivity to the property and even tidied wires away to our router. They toiled here for four days and finally painstakingly took us through how to operate the alarms and CCTV offering to return if we had any problems. On the next day another engineer arrived to install the keypad gate entry and again he was thorough worked continuously and was polite and tidy and did not leave until knew we were satisfied with the results. When your workers left is was as though they had never been here in terms decorative disruption but we now have an upgraded security system that performs just as you intimated. We applaud your company and workers and are so grateful we switched to you. We have lived here 35 years and had quite a few building works done in that time but we can truthfully say the BEST service came from Prestige from beginning to end and hopefully for ongoing maintenance.

I chose Prestige Security to install CCTV at my home after receiving a couple of recommendations. I had initially obtained quotes from a couple of other smaller firms and it was after meeting Gavin and talking to him that I made the decision to go ahead despite him being slightly dearer, I felt assured that I would be getting a far superior product installed and not a ‘diy kit’. On the morning of installation I was met by two very polite men Brendan & Louie. They were courteous and very tidy workers. Brendan would check in with me to make sure I was happy with the positioning of the cameras so that they were not an eyesore. Upon completion he assisted me with the mobile app use and viewing images through the monitor. Overall I can not recommend Prestige Security enough. Money well spent. Gavin look after these chaps they’re an asset to your company.

I am the facilities manager for the headquarters of Bovis Homes Ltd. I have roughly 20 different companies and contractors that work for me, none that come with the same professional, conscientious, friendly, tidy, and most importantly the can-do attitude you will come to find with Prestige. Before Prestige, we used one of the larger security companies. The transition was incredible, instead of waiting 10 minutes to speak to an operator with no knowledge of security systems, you can instead pick up the phone, speak to a member of staff that will bend over backwards to find away to appease any request. As facilities manager it is sometimes difficult to acquire a level of work you are both satisfied with, and for it to be done in a safe manner, again this was no hurdle for Prestige. With a background in the installation of security systems, I have worked for and alongside a number of different companies, but Prestige by far stand out as the most competent.

Fantastic company, from quote to installation within two weeks, installed by two very polite and careful young lads could not do enough for me to make sure I understood the system they put in, a credit to the company thank you very much.

Location in Surrey was a fair distance from Prestige office. Excellent advice to meet my security needs and budget. After the site survey, the work was done promptly on two days, by a courteous and professional team of three. Excellent job, Clean and tidy finished product, as well as my premises after the job. Effective monitoring now, using the series of cameras installed after the initial assessment and advice. Good quality HD pictures, all available on my desk, my home TV and various mobile appliances like laptop, iPhone and iPad, anywhere in the world.
